It is a parent volunteer led, non-profit organization that promotes educational excellence by raising funds to bridge the gap between district needs and state funding.

Cowabunga Supports SCEF!
Cowabunga hosted a day for each of the following San Carlos schools: Arundel, Brittan Acres, Central Middle School, Heather and White Oaks! On these days, students and parents gathered to enjoy flavors like Burgundy Cherry, Bubble Gum, Lavender and Goofy Foot. Yum! $1.00 on every scoop sold was donated back to SCEF on these days! Thank you to Cowabunga for contributing to SCEF!

Day of Action

awareness about the devastating cuts to funding for education that the state
